This website is operated by Astra Sooasana Ventures (“Sooasana”, “we”). It describes an independent advisory practice; browsing alone does not create a client relationship.

What we collect. If you use the contact, briefing, or booking forms, we receive the fields you submit (typically name, email, organisation, and your message). Submissions are delivered via Web3Forms, which acts as a processor on our behalf.

Analytics. We may use privacy-conscious analytics (e.g. PostHog) to understand aggregate usage — pages viewed and coarse interaction events tied to an anonymous or pseudonymous ID — not to sell personal data.

Retention. Messages are retained in our inbox and email systems as needed to respond and administer engagements. We do not use marketing automation lists unless you explicitly opt in.

Your rights. If you are in the EU/UK or Malaysia and applicable law grants access, correction, or deletion rights, contact us at hello@sooasana.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
